About Lauren Alexander

Lauren Alexander is the founding partner of Armony Development, having embarked on a new career in real estate development in 2019 with The Pacific Companies. With a background in executive education, development, sales, and operations, Lauren entered the real estate industry with no prior experience but embarked on her first affordable housing project and never looked back. Armony Development offers site identification and acquisition, project design, and entitlement services to affordable housing developers, primarily in partnership with The Pacific Companies. Lauren shapes the strategic direction of Armony Development, is responsible for partner relationships and development, and leads the organization's development services. Lauren graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Economics.
