A graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Deanna Alexander began her foray into the construction world with internships at respected firms like Nibbi Brothers, Turner Construction, and DPR Construction.

Deanna's subsequent journey at DPR Construction saw her rapidly ascend from a Project Engineer role to that of a Senior Project Engineer, and ultimately, to a Project Manager. Her experiences didn't stop there; her role as VP of Operations for the Construction Services team at Nordby Construction offered a unique vantage point on the industry's practices and standards.

The foundation of Armony Construction was not just a leap into entrepreneurship, but a response to Deanna's longing for authentic change in the construction domain.
